Huh WTF this total ****... phytoestrogene doesn't have the same effect of oestrogene at all... It doesn't increase oestrogene level it just regulate it. So if you have too much oestrogene it will decrease your oestrogene level. Soy is rich in arginine(an essantial amino acid) wich is useful for erectile dysfunction and male and female infertility. Also soy is also a great source of zinc(and MANY other vitamins and minerals) wich we need to produce testoterone. Soy also lower bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol(necessary for our body to procude testosterone and other hormones). Most of the bad effect described in this text are associate to meat and dairy wich this text is probably writen by someone financed by these industry.
