Teknologi yang sangat berkembang saat ini menimbulkan dampak persaingan yang sangat ketat antar perusahaan. Banyak perusahaan berlomba-lomba untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang maksimal dengan biaya produksi yang rendah. Namun dengan keuntungan yang maksimal, perusahan tidak menyeimbangi dengan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Untuk meningkatkan produktivitas suatu perusahaan bisa dilakukan dengan banyak cara. Salah satunya yaitu dengan membentuk tim yang berkompeten dalam bidang produktivitas. Tim tersebut bertugas untuk memberikan ide-ide yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan produktivitas. Apabila ide yang ditawarkan oleh tim tersebut diterima oleh pimpinan perusahaan maka tim tersebut mendapatkan reward. Permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi adalah tidak semua karyawan yang tergabung didalam tim tersebut mengetahui konsep produktivitas yang benar. Konsep lean manufacturing bertujuan untuk menjadi solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Konsep lean manufacturing dapat diterapkan dengan melakukan identifikasi permasalahan selama ini yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan. Identifikasi dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan dan supervisor yang tergabung dalam tim produktivitas. Kuesioner tersebut bertujuan untuk mengukur apakah karyawan perusahaan memahami secara mendalam tentang konsep lean manufacturing yang sebenarnya. Waste yang ada dalam perusahaan juga diidentifikasi terutama yang berkaitan dengan lean manufacturing. Setelah diketahui waste apa saja yang terdapat di perusahaan, maka untuk menentukan performansi dari proses produksi MMPO menggunakan fuzzy logic. Fuzzy logic digunakan untuk menentukan batas nilai dari setiap parameter yang akan ditentukan. Waste yang terjadi di perusahaan tidak dapat dihilangkan namun dapat dikurangi sedikit demi sedikit. Penerapan konsep lean dapat memilih dan mengurangi waste tersebut dan diharapkan seluruh karyawan dapat memahami konsep yang sebenarnya dan produktivitas dari perusahaan tersebut meningkat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah line produksi MMPO masih berada di parameter bagus dan masih perlu adanya perbaikan terutama pada pemborosan produk cacat dan unnecessary motion.

Recent development of technology create a tight competition among companies. Most of companies are competing to reach maximum benefit with low production cost. Unfortunately the high profit acquired by the company is not supported by the quality of the product itself. Increasing productivity in a company can be achieved in many ways. One of them is to build a team which competen in productivity. The function of this team is to provide ideas related improvement productiviy. If the offering idea is accepted, the team will get reward. The obstacle is several members of the group dont understand the concept of productivity. The concept of lean manufacturing aims to be the solution of the obstacle. The concept of lean manufacturing can be applied to identify problem encountered by the company. Identification was conducted by spreading questionnaire to productivity team which include the employee and supervisor. The questionnaire aims to measure whether the employee understand about the concept of lean manufacturing. Type of waste in which related to lean manufacturing is also being identified. After the waste is identified, then the performance of MPPO production process is identified using fuzzy logic. Fuzzy logic is used to determine the limit values of each

determined parameters. Waste that occurs in the company can not be eliminated at all, but it can be reduced gradually. The application of lean manufacturing can reduce the waste that occurs in the company. Therefore, the employees are expected to understand the concept of lean manufacturing, so the productivity will also increasing. For the conclusion, the MMPO production line is being in good parameter and improvement is needed especially on products defect and unecessary motion
