Job description
Jemstep seeks a dynamic and passionate VP of National Sales who will promoteand market Jemstep to clients on a national basis, as well as manage and grow ahighly efficient sales force. This position requires expertise in online ad sales, click-
 
through revenues, lead generation and referrals, combined with superbpresentation skills in dealing with high-end clients who will represent some of thelargest financial and related institutions on the web. You would be asked todevelop and implement sales strategies, assist in defining revenue models andprovide daily support to achieve revenue goals. Client visitation and travel wouldbe required.We are looking for a self-starter who can develop sales for a new brand as opposedto working within an existing infrastructure of clients in an established business.This requires a self-motivated individual with top-flight experience and a trackrecord of success. This is a unique opportunity to take a leadership role in anexciting new online business which is unparalleled in its niche area of activity.
Responsibilities
§
 
Establish and grow a national customer base for each of the definedrevenue sources.
§
 
Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
§
 
Establish, grow and manage a national sales team to achieve sales andrevenue goals in each of the defined revenue sources.
§
 
Facilitate and structure Sponsorships, Affiliate and Joint Venture programs.
§
 
Assist in the creation of sales programs and sales strategies to facilitategrowth in each of the defined revenue sources.
§
 
Measure and analyse overall success of sales programs.
§
 
Initiate, develop and sustain relationships with key clients.
Qualifications
·
 
Deep knowledge of the online advertising space is absolutely necessary,combined with referral and lead generation business including hyperlinks,CPC, CPA and CPS revenue models.
