Re: Formal demand for overdue of monthly rental fee f P 425,000 unpaid since August, 2010 to Mrs Rina Santos.

Dear Pedro Abusado Notice is hereby given that your rent is currently overdue since August 2010 to December 2011, accumulating to 17 months for value of: Outstanding rent: P 425,000 Due date: 12/15/2011

We request that the outstanding balance be paid in full within three (3) days and that you ensure that all future rentals payments be made in full on the due date. Please be advised that according to the rental agreement that monthly rent fee is due every 5th of the month. Failure to pay the outstanding balance in full within 3 days could result in court action and/or landlord invoking any other rights and/or remedies available at law or in equity. You may become liable for legal cost for any such actions taken against you. This letter should be considered the final demand to remedy this situation.
