Slam Poetry: After last year's successful tribute to the much neglected rhyming couplet, Hamish MacDonald, Mulbert, Marc Livingstone and guests return for some fast-moving poetry and songs. Tom Morton's Fairly Good Show: songs, chat, tales, plus some other fairly good things from Tom's epic cycle journey in June of this year - from Mull of Galloway Scotland's southernmost point - to Muckle Flugga on Unst - the northernmost point. 10.00pm Slam Poetry: Some iambic pentameter gets it in the neck again as Hamish MacDonald, Mulbert, Marc Livingstone and guests return for some fast-moving poetry and songs - funny, political and satirical, with the occasional smattering of gratuitous filth. Tom's Tastings, Tunes and Talk: Whisky conversations and samplings with Tom Morton and Jon Beech (Fiddlers, Drumnadrochit). Three whiskies to taste and try, introduced by experts who tell some tall tales from beyond the stills. Plus some new drink-related songs from Tom. Up Close Interview: Travis (tbc) Up Close Interview: Roddy Frame (tbc) Debate: "The Music Industry: Access All Areas?" Are there hidden barriers for musicians and industry professionals in accessing a career in the music industry? Women are more likely to work in industry administration than on-stage as a musician or sound engineer, why is this?
