This is a nasty one.This little birdy can be a truly troublesome little problem to solve.The

0x24
error message will appear when there is a problem with
NTFS.sys
file.The
NTSF.sys
file only happens to be the driver file that allows the system to read and write to NTFSdrives.
YOUR HARDDRIVE!!!
The error message occurs when Windows XP encounters an unrecoverable error when it tries to accessan NTFS partition or a volume on the hard disk. Typically, you receive a Stop:

error message during Windows XP Setup when one or more of the following conditions are true:
