Here is whatwe all know:
Volunteeringis generally consideredan altruisticactivity, intended to promotegood or improve humanquality of life. It is consideredas serving the society throughyour own interest, personalskills or learning, which inreturn produces a feelingof self-worth and self-respect, instead of money.
Here is the question:
Does Ross McDowell volunteerbecause of his concern forthe welfare of others ordoes his wife, Judy (LifestyleCoordinator) favor himbecause he works so darn hard?
The answer:
Both! Ross is passionatewhen it comes to life and thebetterment of our Community;what else would he do ona Saturday night all alone?Watch sports on TV, go to a movie, or drop by the Elks.No way – he would ratherspend his time with all of us!
Here is what Ross does:
Chairman of theNeighborhood RepresentativeCommittee & ReunionRepresentativePoker Club PresidentSun City Lifestyle VolunteerCommittee and Chairpersonfor the “After Events”(Clean-up group)Thank you Ross, for yourcompassion, support, kindness and the ability todemonstrate to othershow to love life…
