The letter, dated July 15, 2012, was post-stamped July 18, 2012, mailed by regular mail with no Certificates of Delivery, is addressed to Dr Zernik, instructing it to file within two weeks the two complaints against HaCohen and Ashkenazi (the latter under the jurisdiction of the Tel-Aviv District), with no appendices. No response from the Tel-Aviv Bar has been received so far.
