When turnaround at the end of aproject becomes a gut-wrenching experience withunnecessary disputes (which must be settled) that arisedue to insufficient quality or indifference to quality,settlement by negotiation, arbitration, or even litigationimposes a serious drain on the financial resources of acompany and limits profit potential.
