INTRODUCTION
Shewhart’s
PDCA cycle,
developed in the 1920’s as a
model to explain the necessityfor ongoing organizationalimprovement and a processthrough which suchcontinuous improvement wasto occur. The theory of PDCAwas first used in businessmanagement. This theory, thework cycle of qualitymanagement was come up byan American expert of qualitymanagement, Dr. W. EdwardsDeming in the early 1950s.Thework cycle of qualitymanagement which was alsonamed as "Deming cycle" wasgenerally acknowledged asone of the most effectivemethods of management.
