If I understood him correctly, he is taking issue with NRC team in Tokyo not conveying DOE provided information to the Japanese counterpart in Tokyo. He asked that whether this issue has been resolved. He said U.S. information provided to Japan are advices and TEPCO is free to take them or ignore them. He sounds upset. I responded that I will conveyed to our management. I expect, he will ask again tomorrow at the conference call. Please advise me what NRC response is. Dr. Holdren (Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy) was also on the conference call. Richard.
