The 2010 annual audit has not beenaccepted by the Selectmen at a meeting and will not become a public record underExemption D, MGL Chapter 4, Section 7 (26)(d) The Deliberative Process Exemption,annual audits may formulate policy positions being developed by the Board ofSelectmen and such a release would taint the deliberative process. The same exemptionapplies to the Management letters from 2009 and 2010.The 2011 and 2012 audits will be conducted this Fall and therefore there are no recordsto inspect.Sincerely,Heather
