lamp
equipment,
and
wigwag
flags

MorseCode
and
applicableportions ofradioprocedure, tbis

suitablefor
the
instruction
of
th
ose
operators

Scope.

This
manual
coverS
tbe
selectionofpersonnelwbicb will probablyabsorbinstruction
most
quickly,
the
basicinstruction
of
alloperators,
and
radioprocedurein
tacti
cal and
other
nets. While
the
bulkof
the
content
is
devotedto
the
radiotelegraph operator,such instructionasisconsideredessentialfor
the
radiotelephone operator
is
alsoincluded.
Typewriting
instruction
is
covered only tothe
extent
of
showinghow
it
fits
intobasic
operator
instruction.Sueb materialasisincluded can be given effectively
with
other
instruction
without
appreciableloss oftime.
