The Israel Bar Association agreed to review Ethics Complaints against Attorneys Yorm HaCohen, Amit Ashkenazi, senior officers of the Ministry of Justice, for Fraud and Breach of Loyalty relative to implementation of the Electronic Signature Act (2001). However, the Bar is also in long-term business relationship with the beneficiary of such conduct - ComSign, LTD, and now, with ComSign and others, denies public access to inspect and to copy the electronic signatures of the State of Israel.

Jerusalem and Los Angeles, August 7 - Doron Barzilay, President of the Israel Bar Association, has failed to provide a sample of his electronic signature. [1] The sample electronic signature was

requested as part of the evidence in Ethics Complaints against Attorneys Yoram HaCohen and Amit Ashkenazi, senior Ministry of Justice officers, for Fraud and Breach of Loyalty, relative to their conduct under the guise of "Registrar of Certifying Authorities," pursuant to the Electronic Signature Act (2001). [2] As detailed in the request letter, forwarded to Attorney Barzilay, in such Ethics Complaints, the Israel Bar Association would be: Adjudicating complaint by an outsider against their own members Making ad hoc at least some of the rules of the procedure, and In long-term business relationship with the beneficiary of the alleged fraud - ComSign, LTD. Now, with the refusal of Attorney Barzilay to provide a sample of his electronic signature, the Bar is also colluding with the ComSign and others in concealing the certified electronic signatures of the State of Israel from the People. The Ethics Complaints allege that conduct of Attorneys Yoram HaCohen and Amit Ashkenazi undermined the integrity of legal Public Records of the State of Israel.. Proliferation of falsified and simulated court records has been repeatedly documented in recent years:

Falsification of court records is the basis for disciplinary complaint by the Israel Bar Association against Judge Vardah AlSheikh of the Tel-Aviv District Court, Falsification of court records has also been documented in cases related to the late Moshe Silman in the Tel-Aviv District Court. [3] Haaretz daily reported the falsification of court records in the Detainees Courts, The 2012 Human Rights Alert (NGO) report documented falsification of records in the Supreme Court. [4]

IBM and EDS, US-based corporations, were involved in the implementation of the fraudulent electronic record systems of the State of Israel over the past decade . Similar systems had been implemented in the state and federal courts in the United States a couple of decades earlier. The 2010 submission of Human Rights Alert to the Human Rights Council (HRC) of the United Nations, regarding the United States, was reviewed by the HRC professional staff and incorporated in the official HRC Professional Staff Report with a note referring to corruption of the courts and the legal profession and discrimination by law enforcement in California.
