day of July, 2012 has been provided throughresolution adopted by this Board at its Regular Meeting held at theAdministration and Records Building on January 6, 2012, to the Star Ledger,the Daily Record, and the Record through posting on the County website and byfiling a copy of same with the Morris County Clerk and the Clerk of thisBoard.

MINUTES FOR APPROVAL
All Meeting Minutes for June 25 and July 11, 2012. On motion byFreeholder Murphy and seconded by Freeholder Cesaro, the meeting minutes wereapproved.--
COMMUNICATIONS
1. The Washington Township Community Events Organization is askingpermission to use the intersection of Schooley’s Mountain Road (CR 517)and East/West Mill Road (CR 513) for a coin toss fundraiser (Kevin M.Walsh Fireworks Festival) from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday,August 4.2. Boonton Main Street Inc. is asking permission to close a portion ofMain Street from 2:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. on August 13 (August 14 raindate) for the 8
th
annual classic car show.3. The Borough of Mendham is asking permission to close off a portion ofMain Street (CR 510) from 9 a.m. until 12 noon on September 3 for theLabor Day Parade.4. The Mendham Patriots Basketball team is asking permission to hang abanner across Mendham Road (CR 510) in Mendham Township fromSeptember 4 – 14 to advertise registration.5. The Mendham Township Library is asking permission to hang a banneracross Mendham Road (CR 510) in Mendham Township from September 14 to29 to advertise the Shredder Day fundraiser.6. The Senior Resource Center in Chester is asking permission to hang abanner across Main Street, (Cr 513) in Chester Borough from November23 to December 10 to advertise the 2012 Festival of Trees event.On motion by Freeholder Murphy and seconded by Freeholder Cesaro, therequests were approved.--
