Here are some simpletips and tricks to remember:Fruit replacers are good choices for sweet bakedgoods, although mashed banana might be toodistinct for something like sugar cookies.When using a fruit puree as a substitute, add anextra 1/2 tsp of baking powder to keep your itemfrom becoming too heavy or dense.When using a seed or nut butter, try tahini or almond butter.
