The Institute of Simplified Hydroponics invites you to learn how to turn your rooftops into farming space Grow

Your Own is the new mantra!

What is Hydroponics

Hydroponics is the art of growing plants without soil. It is the perfect way to avoid heavy, back breaking work, such as digging. Pests, microbial disease and weeds are generally much easier to control. Water used is one-tenth the amount used in soil cultivation. Over the past few decades hydroponics has proven an ideal method for both keen amateur rooftop and backyard gardeners and commercial growers looking for an alternative way of producing plants.
