Structure fires represent 1.1% of all incidents; vegetation fires represent 0.5% of all incidents; other fires represent 1.6% of all incidents (rounded to 3% whole number). **Composed of 6,431 (82%) mistaken reports (e.g., inaccurate reports) and 1,454 (18%) false alarms (e.g., vandalism, improper use of alarm system misuse or electronic system malfunction). ***Composed of 1,991 (86%) public service calls (e.g., locked keys in car) and 331 (14%) other non-fire calls. ****Excludes 205 mutual aid incidents.
