Im so glad you will be a part of our _______________ grade team working, learning, and having fun in Room __________________. I love reading new books, and sometimes I like to read joke books! Jokes are often made from a play on words. Included in this envelope is a sheet of paper for you to write and illustrate one of your favorite jokes. Bring the sheet of paper to school on the first day and we will share the jokes with each other during the first week of school. Then, we will put the jokes together to make a class book.
