Crust:
 
 
2 cups all-purpose flour Php5500

1/4 cup ice water Php 100
Filling:
 
4 cups coconut meat Php 2500
 
1 cup coconut water Php 1000
 
1 300 ml can Sweetened Condensed Milk Php 4500
 
2/3 cup cornstarch Php 1500
Procedure:
1 Blend flour and salt in a bowl Cut in shortening using two knives or a pastry cutter Combine yolk, vinegarand water; slowly add the liquid to the flour mixing until dough can be handled2 Divide dough into 2 parts with one part slightly bigger than the other Roll bigger dough to about 2 incheslarger than a 16-inch pie plate Fit dough into a pie plate, letting sides hang Roll out remaining dough for thecrust Set aside3 Combine filling ingredients in a thick saucepan Cook stirring constantly until thickened Coolthen pour into prepared crust Cover with top crust; flute or crimp edges together to seal Bake for 1 hr at 425degrees F.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)2.
 
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth Beat in theeggs one at a time, then stir in the milk and vanilla Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir intothe sugar mixture until well blended Stir in the oats, chocolate chips walnuts and coconut untilevenly distributed Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet3.
 
Bake 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven for a chewy cookie or 14 minutes for a firmer cookie4.
 
Cool for 1 minute on the cookie sheet and then remove to wire rack Cool completely and then storein tightly sealed container
