I.GENERAL
We have prepared this Qualification Statement to provide you an overview of our experienceand qualifications for your prestigious project. It has been prepared to illustrate our firm'sdistinctions from others and to provide a solid profile on our organization, philosophies,expertise and includes items which are frequently overlooked in the evaluation process.This information will be of particular benefit as not only will it function to qualify our firm, itwill be a useful tool for your committee in comparing firms and developing criteria for selecting firms that will best meet your needs.To keep this SOQ brief, we have listed here only bit of everything about our firm’s history,capacity, work experience and projects. II. EXPERIENCEA. DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS
 More than 30 years of design and architectural projects experience as a firm, andalmost 35 years as a practicing professional for the principal architect alone. Hasbeen commissioned several projects in the past with various complexities, designbriefs and specification.Currently doing several commercial and high-rise residential projects in thePhilippines. In 1996 completed the largest Duty Free complex in the Philippines. Hasbeen consulted by the City of Manila government for the redevelopment of the 4Kilometer stretch of the famous “Baywalk”, in Roxas (“sunset”) Blvd (formerly DeweyBlvd.) in a major tourist area and for the re-development of the former Army NavyClub (cultural heritage site) to a multi-cultural site and commercial complex. Recentlycompleted Phases 1 & 2 of a 5-tower luxury residential project in Roxas Boulevard atthe reclamation area, The PSBank Tower (now Axxa Life Tower), the renovation of Global Bank Bldg. (now PSBank Bldg.) all for the Metrobank Group. Firm is currentlyexecuting architectural and engineering services for the Limketkai Shopping Center in Cagayan de Oro City, Mindanao, Philippines – a 6 hectare development consistingof a large multi-function Atrium, department stores, retail establishments,entertainment, cinema center and food & beverage outlets. Also on the initial stagesof construction is a 20-hectare residential land development in Laurel, Batangas, TheFilipiniana Tagaytay Resort Condo Development, and a large multi-structurecommercial center in Aseana Business Park in Roxas Blvd.

B. FOREIGN EXPERIENCE
The firm has collaborated with several architectural firms in most of the Asia PacificRegion and the US like KPF (Kohn Pederson Fox), Nadel Partnership Ltd., andArchitects Hawaii Ltd. for large-scale projects in the Philippines, Hong Kong, China,Singapore and most of Southeast Asia.
III. DESCRIPTION OF FIRMA.ORGANIZATION
Founded in Hong Kong in 1986 as a limited company providing design consultancyto other architectural and interior design firms in HK that eventually branched out tothe Philippines in 1993 as a full practice - planning, architectural and interior design.Incorporated in the Philippines with 5 directors, is duly registered with the Philippine’sSecurity and Exchange commission with proper capitalization and has been inbusiness in the Philippines since 1993. Firm has executed various projects withdiverse design briefs and specifications in Hong Kong, China and the Philippines.While in HK, served the developer firm of Hong Kong Resort for the Discovery Bayproject - a large community with commercial, cultural and leisure development. InChina, has been commissioned to design several hotel & housing projects. While inthe Philippines, various projects ranging from high-rise buildings to commercial toshopping malls to large master planning projects.Principal Architect, Managing director and President of the firm is a PhilippineRegistered architect -

Principal is a Filipino by birth, speaks fluent Filipino, English and someCantonese & Spanish and has extensively traveled to China, most of Southeast Asia, and the east and west coasts of the United States.

He is well traveled in all 3 major islands in the Philippines, and has worked inmore than 30 cities on those islands doing various projects for client banks,developers, and residential owners.

An artist by avocation, he is a graphics designer, web-page designer, webmaster, and photographer - a member of the elite Camera Club of thePhilippines (founded 1928).

Guarantees direct principal involvement with your project. You will be workingdirectly with the person that owns the firm and that will be responsible for allaspects of your project's success.
