 The Patient Information Forum is the UK membership organisation for people whowork in consumer health information (CHI).We are independent, not-for-prot andcross secto

Our members include NHSorganisations, both local and national,patient organisations, commercialcompanies, academics and policy-makingorganisations.Our mission is to ensure that everyone canaccess relevant, high-quality informationand support to help them understand theircare and make condent, informed decisionsabout their health and wellbeing.We believe in championing informed choiceand helping people feel condent about thedecisions they make.
