action including RICO and the complaint includedallegations and evidence
of
Barack Obamabeingin the White House intheposition
of

whileusing forged identification papersand aConnecticutSocial Security numb

ver assigned toBarack Obama. Originallythiscourt ruledthatthe case willbeheard
on
the meritsandthat thisisamatter
of
importancefor theU.Smilitary and the country as a whole,but laterchangeditsmind anddismissedthecase due tolack

standing, rulingthattheeligibility
of
the presidenthastobebrought beforetheelection.This courtalso ruled thatit cannot adjudicate two causes

This will be dismissed, hopefully sua sponte, based on the rules, but if Orly is not sanctioned and referred to the CA bar for this one, they might as well close all the doors of the courts.
