This case was filedthreeand a

ago onthe inaugurationday
of
Barack Obama.The case at handincludedseveral causes
of
action including RICO and the complaint includedallegations and evidence
of
Barack Obamabeingin the White House intheposition
of
thePresidentillegall
y,
whileusing forged identification papersand aConnecticutSocial Security
numb
er
,which was
ne
ver assigned toBarack Obama. Originallythiscourt ruledthatthe case
willbeheard
on
the meritsandthat thisisamatter
of
importancefor theU.Smilitary and the
country as a whole,but laterchangeditsmind anddismissedthecase due tolack
of
standing,
rulingthattheeligibility
of
the presidenthastobebrought beforetheelection.This courtalso
ruled thatit cannot adjudicate two causes
of
action:QuoWarrantoandRICO,asit believed that
