Thank you for your letter of July 29,2012 to District Attorney Seth Williams,

which has been referred to me for response. In Philadelphia, if you wish to file a Private Criminal Complaint under Rule 506, you must appear in person at the District Attorney's Private Criminal Complaint Unit on the 6th floor of 34 South 11th Street, Philadelphia, the case involves misdemeanor crimes PA. However, we will only be able to proceed if committed in Philadelphia, you are the victim and no further investigation is required. From the letter that you submitted, it does not appear that your allegations meet all of these criteria.
