THE JURORS OF THE LAKE COUNTY GRAND JURY

On or about the 13th day of June, 2012, in the City of Euclid, CuyahogaCounty, State of Ohio, as a part of a course of criminal conduct with offensescommitted in different jurisdictions in which one of the offenses or anyelement of one of the offenses occurred in Lake County, State of Ohio, one

knowing or having reasonable cause to believe saidproperty had been obtained through the commission of a theft offense.The value of said property being $1,000.00 or more, but less than $7,500.00.This act, to-wit:
Receiving Stolen Property
, constitutes a Felony of the Fifth degree,contrary to and in violation of the Ohio Revised Code, Title 29 §2913.51(A) and against thepeace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

Possession of Drugs
, constitutes a Felony of the Fourth degree,contrary to and in violation of the Ohio Revised Code, Title 29 §2925.11 and against thepeace and dignity of the State of Ohio. Upon conviction of this offense, division (C) of Section 2929.13 of the Revised Code applies in determining whether to impose a prisonterm.

did knowingly obtain, possess, or use Hydrocodone& Acetaminophen or a compound, mixture, preparation or substancecontaining Hydrocodone & Acetaminophen, a Schedule III controlledsubstance and/or Diazepam or a compound, mixture, preparation or substance containing Diazepam, a Schedule IV controlled substance and/or Propoxyphene & Acetaminophen or a compound, mixture, preparation or substance containing Propoxyphene & Acetaminophen, a Schedule IVcontrolled substance.This act, to-wit:
Possession of Drugs
, constitutes a Felony of the Fifth degree,contrary to and in violation of the Ohio Revised Code, Title 29 §2925.11 and against thepeace and dignity of the State of Ohio.
