INFORMATION

I, Daniel T. Satterberg, Prosecuting Attorney for King County in the name and by the authority of the State of Washington, do accuse JULIANA MIN CRATSENBERG of the crime of Theft in the First Degree, committed as follows: That the defendant JULIANA MIN CRATSENBERG in King County, Washington, during a period of time intervening between September 24, 2009 through January 10, 2011, with intent to deprive another of property, to-wit: United States currency, did wrongfully obtain and exert unauthorized control over such property, and did obtain control over such property by color and aid of deception, belonging to Andrew Cratsenberg, Sr. and the Cratsenberg Living Trust; that the thefts were a series of transactions which were part of a continuing criminal impulse, a continuing course of conduct and a common scheme or plan in which the sum value of the property taken in the said transaction did exceed $5,000; Contrary to RCW 9A.56.030(1)(a), 9A.56.020(1)(a) and (b), and 9A.56.010(21)(c), and against the peace and dignity of the State of Washington.

And I, Daniel T. Satterberg, Prosecuting Attorney for King County in the name and by the authority of the State of Washington further do accuse the defendant JULIANA MIN CRATSENBERG knew or should have known that the victim of the current offense was particularly vulnerable or incapable of resistance, and the victim's vulnerability was a substantial factor in the commission of the offense, under the authority of RCW 9.94A.535(3)(b). Froh, WSBA #34045 CAUSE NO. 12-1-04450-0 SEA PROSECUTING ATTORNEY CASE SUMMARY AND REQUEST FOR BAIL AND/OR CONDITIONS OF RELEASE The State incorporates by reference the Certification for Determination of Probable Cause prepared by Detective Annette Scholl of the Federal Way Police Department for incident number 11-2553. REQUEST FOR BAIL Pursuant to CrR 2.2(b)(2), the State requests the Court to issue a summons directing the defendant to appear in court. As of August 1, 2012, the defendant has no criminal history of which the State is aware. The State requests that the defendant be ordered to have no contact with Andrew Cratsenberg Sr., Andrew Cratsenberg Jr., and Larry Cratsenberg for the duration of the case.
