Evidence that using a fixed inventory, a special arrogant psychopathic social class called "managers", to deliver leadership functions to groups is dangerous maybe even disastrous (2009) is growing. Alternative ways to deliver managing/leaddership functions requires, first, a scientifically founded model of what those functions are, presented in this paper, from 150 excellent leaders and 150 people excellently led sometime in their pasts.
