Don't waste your money. The piece of equipment moves across the room when you use it, and you spend more time getting on/off it to adjust then exercising. I returned mine within the 30 days--they do not refund mailing charges, so you pay to get it and receive it, plus they charged me a payment 10 days after the USPS confirmed receipt of return to them. That triggered bounced check fees, so, all in all, this unuseable piece of equipment cost me over $100.00 even after return.
