Why is it important to have healthymeetings?
If we estimate that we spend 1 hour per workday inmeetings, and we work an average of 200 days per year…then we spend 200 hours/year in meetings.If each meeting runs over by only 10 minutes,then we run over by more than 33 hours every year,
for just one person.
Meetings are the primarysource of passing informationand making decisions for teams.Teams need to be able to work together well to be efficient andmake progress.
