If someone joins the Jamat in the first Rakat after the Imm has uttered the Takbrt, then he should utter the three Takbrt (other than the Takbr-e-Ta rma) instantly, even if the Imm may have commenced recitation. Utter three Takbrt only, even though the Imm said more than three Takbrt. If the Imm bent for Ruk before you uttered Takbrt, then dont utter them in a standing posture, instead, perform Ruk with the Imm and utter the Takbrt in the Ruk. However, if the Imm is in Ruk and you think that you can utter the Takbrt and join the Imm in Ruk, then utter them whilst , perform Ruk and then you are standing, otherwise, utter utter the Takbrt in Ruk. If the Imm raises his head from Ruk before you finish the Takbrt in Ruk then do not utter the remaining Takbrt; they are no longer required. If you joined the Jamat after the Imm had performed the Ruk then do not utter the Takbrt, utter them when you offer the remaining part of your al (after the Imm has performed

Salm). Do not raise your hands when uttering the missed Takbrt in Ruk. If you join the Jamat in the second Rakat, then dont utter the missed Takbrt of the first Rakat now, instead, utter them when you perform the remaining part of your al. Likewise, if you succeed in uttering the Takbrt of the second Rakat with the Imm, its all right, otherwise, the same ruling as mentioned above with regard to the first Rakat would apply.

If someone missed the whole Jamat of Eid- al, whether he couldnt join the Jamat at all or his al became invalid due to any reason after joining, then if possible, he should join Jamat elsewhere; otherwise he cannot offer it (without Jamat). However, it is preferable for him to offer four Rakt of Chsht al.

After the Eid al, the Imm should deliver two Sermons. The acts that are Sunna for the Jumua Sermon are also Sunna for the Eid Sermon; likewise, the acts that are Makr for the Jumua Sermon are also Makr for the Eid Sermon. There are only two differences between both the Sermons. Firstly, it is a Sunna for the Imm not to sit before the first Sermon of Eid al whereas Imms sitting before first Sermon

of Jumua is a Sunna. Secondly, in the Eid Sermon, it is a Sunna for the Imm to recite nine times before the first Sermon, seven times before the second Sermon and fourteen times before coming down from the pulpit while uttering these Takbrt is not Sunna for Jumua Sermon.

Offering Sal-tul-Fajr in the Masjid of ones locality. Before going to Eid-ul-Fi r al, eating some dates in odd numbers such as 3, 5, 7 etc. If dates are not available, then eat something sweet. If nothing is eaten before the al, there will be no sin, but if nothing is eaten till Saltul-Ish, he will be rebuked.

10. Performing the Eid al at a place that is designated for performing the Eid al (Eid-G). 11. Going to the Eid-G on foot. 12. Although there is no harm in using conveyance, walking on foot is better for those who can do so; there is no harm at all in returning by conveyance. 13. Going to the Eid-G from one path and returning from the other path. 14. Paying the adaqa-e-Fi r before the Eid al (this is better, but if you couldnt pay it before the Eid al, pay it after the al). 15. Expressing happiness. 16. Donating adaqa in abundance. 17. Heading towards the Eid G ( al area) calmly, in a dignified manner, with lowered gaze. 18. Congratulating each other. 19. Shaking hands and embracing one another after the Eid al as Muslims usually do; it is a good act because it

In most cases, there are the same rulings for Eid-ul-A as for Eid-ul-Fi r. However, there are a few differences; for example, it is Musta ab not to eat anything before the Eid al on Eidul-A regardless of whether or not one is performing the sacrifice (of cattle), but if one eats something, still there is no harm. The Takbr is called Takbr-e-Tashrq. Uttering this Takbr once loudly is Wjib whereas uttering it thrice is preferable after all Far al that were offered with the primary

Jamat of the Masjid from the Fajr al of 9th to the A r al of 13th il- ajja-tul- arm. 2. It is Wjib to utter Takbr-e-Tashrq immediately after performing the Salm. However, one may utter the Takbr as long as he has not done any such act that negates the Bin (resumption, rejoining) of al. For instance, if someone exited the Masjid or invalidated his Wu deliberately or engaged in talking, though forgetfully, Takbr would no longer remain Wjib for him in all these cases. However, if his Wu became invalid unintentionally, he should utter the Takbr. Takbr-e-Tashrq is Wjib for the one residing in a city or the Muqtad following a resident Imm in al even if the Muqtad (the one following the Imm in al) is a traveller or a villager; however, if travellers and villagers do not follow a resident Imm in al, Takbr is not Wjib for them. If a resident offered al under the Iqtid of a traveller, Takbr will be Wjib for the resident, but not for the traveller Imm. It is not Wjib to utter Takbr after Nafl, Sunna and Witr al. It is Wjib to utter Takbr after Sal-tul-Jumua; one should utter it after the al of Eid-ul-A as well.

Takbr is Wjib for the Masbq (the one missing one or more Rakt), but he is to utter it having performed his own Salm (after offering his missed Rakt). Takbr is not Wjib for the Munfarid (the one offering al individually). (Ghuniya-tul-Mustaml, P526, Religious book house) However, he should also utter it as, according to a iban, Takbr is Wjib even for the Munfarid.

How excellent the international non-political religious movement of the Qurn and Sunna, Dawat-e-Islami and its Madan Qfilas are! An Islamic brother who lives at Shalimar Town (Markaz-ul-Auliy Lahore) gave the following statement: I was an extremely wicked person, I had indulged in many evils such as watching films and dramas daily, teasing girls, friendship with loafers and wandering with them till late night. Even my relatives did not like to meet me, they would resent when I went their home and would prevent their children from meeting me. Luckily, the dark night of my sins turned into a bright morning when a devotee of the Rasl belonging to Dawat-e-Islami met me very politely and tried to persuade me to travel with the Madan Qfila. Impressed by his polite behaviour and his sincere invitation, I travelled with the Madan Qfila during which the company of the devotees of the Rasl caused a Madan revolution in my life. ! The company of devotees of the Rasl in the Madan Qfila led to a Madan transformation in the heart of this sinner and evil man. I received the gift of repentance as well as the enthusiasm to dress according to the blessed Sunna, and I began to wear the green turban. The very same relatives that once used to avoid me now hug me affectionately. I was once the worst in my family but now I have become the dearest due to the blessings of the Madan Qfilas of Dawat-e-Islami.
