Porchett&., Custom American Wme Bar and their owners, employees and customers ("The Subjectsj on Facebook, or any other bios. social media website, or any 'other publicly accessible website for the duration of this proceeding ("Prohibited Activities"). Plaintiffs shall not direct any other individual to engage in such Prohibited Activities. 3. Plaintiffs and their Counsel ofRecord agree to not discuss The Litigations or otherwise communicate with the media regarding The Litigations or The Subjects. 4. Counsel shall jointly request a stay of the State Court Litigation. subject to approval ofthe assigned Justice of the Court. Ifthe assigned Justice ofthe Court will not grant. an additional extension in the New Yolk Supreme Court case, the parties agree that discovery for said cue will resume on May 31, 2012.
