2012.In its reply brief of yesterday on the motion for a stay, BLAG argued thatthis Court should suspend the September 27 oral argument because the Supreme Court islikely to conference the DOMA cases on October 6. (BLAG Reply to Opp. To Mot. toSuspend Oral Arg., ECF No. 207, at 2, 4.) However, given the filing of the
Pedersen
petition, this may no longer be the case. Assuming that the
