To update the Employee master with salary break-up on monthly basis. To prepare monthly Training MIS. To prepare and update the organization chart of HO and Plants. Training feedback report to be prepared To prepare monthly HR report. To prepare Travel, Exemplary and Business Quiz for corporate magazine Pragati. To coordinate the training workshop within the given time frame. Preparing nomination and complete the necessary formalities To assist the reporting head and co-ordinate for smooth functioning in various tasks. To collate HR best practices within the professional fraternity and give presentation on the same every quarter.

Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 P.A


- Responsible for all Recruitment gamut i.e; CV short listing, Preliminary Interview, Selection, Induction etc. - All salary related work on time. - Responsible for Government liasioning, Compliances. - Ensure excellent office maintenance including upkeep of telephones, fax, leased line, and copier, AMC of computer. - Ensure proper housekeeping of the entire Office. - Upkeep of the office facilities including sitting arrangement, water arrangement etc. - Maintain and update personal record of all workers and staff. - Handle the time office function including filing of statutory returns. - Supervision of stationery requirement, photocopy, STD , mobile bills, other admin- bills, courier etc. - Provide support in all other work related to HR Deptt.
