Introduction
FUERTEVENTURA
The almost desert-like drynessof the island of Fuerteventuracontributes to the existence ofimmense beaches of goldensand which open upon a seaof crystal-clear water. Here itis possible to walk on endlessstretches of sand hardly everrunning into a sole, due tothe sparse population and thelength of the seacoast.
LANZAROTE
Volcanic upheavals onLanzarote have shaped alandscape of unusual beauty.The island is covered bymulti-colored lava which isespecially spectacular atTimanfaya National Park.Man and this uniquelandscape have learned tolive in harmony in an unusual
