In
computing the amounts described

to calculate the defined benefit shall

he Government Code.SEC. 4. Section 24202.7 is added to the Education Code, to read:24202.7. Notwithstanding any other provision
of
his part, for any
member
whois first hired
on
or
after January 1, 2013, the minimum retirement age shall
be
55 years
of
age, the early retirement age shall
be
55 years
of
age, and the normal retirement ageshall be 62 years
of
age.SEC. 5. Section 24202.8
is
added
to
the Education Code, to read:24202.8.

is the intent
of

that
the system identify and proposeall statutory changes necessary to fully effectuate the implementation
