THOUGH, ALTHOUGH, EVEN THOUGH, IN SPITE OF or DESPITE are conjuctions for the combination.

Example: - Though he was very tired, he work hard S be Adj Although the traffic was bad, I arrived on time - Even though it is raining very hard, he keeps on walking
IN SPITE OF / DESPITE VING/ BEING / PRONOUN / NOUN PHRASE

Example In spite of being very tired, he worked hard Despite the bad condition, I went to school.
