Montgomery Countyeducators. This is a six-week class that will meettwo times a week. The 12classes are designed to provide an introductionto conversational Englishfor seniors whose firstlanguage is not English.Each class will focus onlistening, understanding,
―Introduction toConversational English‖
for ESOL Seniors is awonderful new additionto the Silver FoxesSenior program. Weenthusiastically welcometwo new volunteer instructors for this class,Marge Tolchin andSharon Levy, retiredspeaking and pronuncia-tion through the study of familiar, everyday eventsand situations in English.The class will be helpfulfor people who have alllevels of English speak-ing skills. Instruction isfree, however there is a$5 materials fee. Open toadults age 55 and older.

Zumba Gold was designed for the active senior, with less intensedance routines for beginners and older adults using modified movements.The Zumba Gold workout provides participants with the opportunity toimprove balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength.
