Dear Participant:Thank you for your interest in submitting a proposal to lease the LIRR Riverhead Station Building.Enclosed is the entire RFP Package. This package includes the following documents:
Riverhead Station Parcel Information Sheet: This section provides information about theRiverhead Station Building, including terms and conditions under which LIRR intends to leasethe property.
Request for Proposals–Rules and Regulations: This
contains regulations, information,and instructions related to completing a proposal.
Rent Proposal Form: The Rent Proposal Form is where you indicate the annual rent you proposeto pay for the lease of the Riverhead Station Building. This form must be completed in its entirety.
The Proposer Information Form (PIF): The PIF, along with the Rent Proposal Form, forms thebasis of MTA’s analysis your proposal, so please take the time to read the instructions carefullyand
answer all the questions completely
. The PIF must be completed in its entirety.
U.S. Internal Revenue Service Form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number andCertification: You must complete this form in the name of the person or entity which you areproposing as the tenant for the Riverhead Station Building.There will be a site visit to this property on Friday, August 31, 2012, at 12:00 noon.The properties being offered for lease via this RFP is being offered
The MTA reserves theright to withdraw this solicitation at its sole discretion.All proposals are due by no later than
5:00 PM, FRIDAY,SEPTEMBER 28, 2012.
Proposalssubmitted after this deadline may not be considered. Each proposal must include those items listed inthe “Submission Requirements” section of
Request for Proposals–Rules and Regulations
