HOW TO FIGHT DISEASE!
Before you began this program, consult the Great Physician through
fervent prayer and asking for guidance and direction.
It is best to stop drinking with your meals. Drink 15 to 30 minutes before a meal and/or wait 2 hours after the meal is completed. If this is not done, the food sits and it takes much longer to digest
the stomach is working harder and continually. This is your first step in
FIGHTING DISEASE
This will give a disease a good hit.
 
HOW TO FIGHT DISEASE!
Next, get on a schedule of eating and drinking. For example, eat a large breakfast at 7am and then a lunch at 12 noon or 1pm. And if a third meal is to be eaten let it be the lightest so that the stomach is emptied and clear by bedtime and it can rest at night instead of having to work and work harder because you will be sleeping now.
Give the stomach time to work then rest a bit before eating your next meal. This is called regularity. This is vital to maintaining the best of health. Schedule your time to drink as well. This is your next critical step in FIGHTING DISEASE
