Nipponkoa’sstatements and that used in NKSJ’ consolidated statements are different. As a result, in calculating NKSJ
consolidated profit, adjustments are necessary in
Nipponkoa’srealized gains on securities, etc. These adjustments are included in “consolidated adjustments” shown in the above table.
