I decided to pack my CNE notebook as it was a lot of info, and I thought what better time to review it than while sitting onthe beach :) I had just co-listed a property with a colleague of mine from the same office. In this market, it would be hard to get anything better. I also uncovered a couple of other issues they had. I was then able to goback to the buyer, give him what he wanted and ask for a couple things for the seller in return. The buyer agreed and the deal was struck. The seller felt better (they had gotten something they wanted) and realized that to walk away would only hurt them in the long run. Needless to say
 , I was glad I was able to save the deal
