Swimming lesson for Sports Club

Warm-up: Arms; some technique and warm-up 10 Upp-hopp (jumping from the ground and as high as possible dont know the English word) In the pool: 50 m breaststroke, 50 m freestyle, 50 m backstroke easy swimming; emphasizing technique Continuing with 3 x 100 m breaststroke, freestyle, backstroke Technique turns. Breaststroke and freestyle-turns, Ill show them and give them advice. First breaststroke then 100 m practicing the turns. Then freestyle and another 100 m to practice the turns. The importance is on the turns, not as much on speed. Butterfly: 2 x 25 with 15 seconds pause between each 25 m. In the end another 150 m of avsim, just to relax the muscles again and then stretching when everyone are up from the pool. Total distance: 850 m
