DATE: September 7, 2012TO:FROM:RE: Notice of Demand for Legitimate ElectionsVIA: CERTIFIED MAIL RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED
NOTICE OF DEMAND for Legitimate Elections
As a legal citizen and registered voter of this state, I hereby DEMAND that all Constitutional, Federal andState laws are carefully followed in regard to candidate vetting and certification before placing anycandidate on the ballot. This notice also serves as advice, that
We the People,
will monitor yourindividual execution of these duties in this election cycle, and will seek to hold all who fail in their duties,fully accountable for their actions and/or inactions.CANDIDATES NOT COMPLETELY AND PROPERLY CERTIFIED AND FULLY DOCUMENTEDTO THE STATE FOR BALLOT ACCESS CANNOT LEGALLY APPEAR ON THE STATE BALLOT.Proper state election procedures, federal election statutes, as well as the U.S. Constitution were notfollowed in 2008. This resulted in candidates appearing on the ballot who had not been properly vetted orcertified before being placed on that ballot. As a result, we are watching very closely in 2012 to make certain that all election laws arefollowed to the letter, including the proper vetting and certification of all candidates before placing theirname on the ballot.Regarding the office of President and Vice President of the United States specifically, Article II
 –
SectionI
 –
Clause V of the U.S. Constitution defines exactly who shall be eligible for the office of President, andthe XII Amendment applies those same qualifications to the office of Vice President.Your oath of office requires that you act in a manner which upholds the U.S. Constitution, our StateConstitution and the Rule of Law. This notice only seeks to promote a constitutionally legal, free, fair andtransparent election process, providing equal treatment under the law to all candidates.Before any candidates
name can be legally placed on a ballot, the political Party must fully CERTIFYthat each candidate meets all requirements for the office they seek.The accepted certification language for office of President and Vice President is as follows;
