Retailers have mostly embraced the digital shift, rolling out online andmobile sales sites. Consumer pickup has been noticeable, with UrbanOutfitters, American Eagle Outfitters, and J.Crew all reporting morethan 10 percent of sales driven through direct-to-consumer channels.
