Petition Against the Pennsylvania State University Board of Trustees Intention to "Move On" and NOT

CONTEST the Unfair and Unjustified NCAA Sanctions in Total Levied by the NCAA on July 23, 2012
We the undersigned hereby submit our opposition against the Pennsylvania State University Board of Trustees
intention to "Move On" and not contest the NCAA Sanctions that were levied against the Penn State football
program specifically and all athletic programs in general by the NCAA on July 23, 2012. The "Consent
Decree" signed by President Erickson was obtained under suspect circumstance as evidenced by Mr. Emmert's
and Mr. Ray's statements published in various news articles and should be set aside.
