eing physically active isimportant. It can help youfeel better and improveyour health. There are many funthings that you can do to beactive—by yourself or withfamily or friends. Children andadults should do 30 minutes ormore of moderate physicalactivity each day. You can do30 minutes all at once or 10minutes at a time,three times aday. If you are not used to beingactive,start out slowly and work upto 30 minutes a day. Add moreactivities for longer periods of time as youbegin to feel more fit,or addsome vigorous activity.

Physical activity can be yoursolution to feeling tired,bored,and out of shape. Withmore physical activity youmay feel less stressed!
