You dont have to be Jewish or keep kosher to enjoy the spiritual boost of a kosher meal prepared with joy, respect and gratitude for its provider
Dairy, meat, pareve (no meat or dairy), vegetarian, Vegan, non-gluten or lactose-free meals prepared inhouse from fresh ingredients under Orthodox rabbinical supervision, delivered to Annapolis locations any time except Friday evening through Saturday night, ready for table service. Price includes one appetizer, one entre and fruit salad. In-house baked challah and desserts available at additional charge. This menu is only a selection of our regional Italian, French, Spanish, Greek, Israeli and New York deli style offerings, so please inquire if you would like something else, and please order at least three days in advance.

New Wave Eggplant ParmesanDairy


Summertime is no time for breaded and fried slabs of eggplant swimming in sauce and smothered with cheese. Our lighter, fresher take on the red checkered tablecloth classic features charcoal grilled eggplant slices with house made tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella slices, torn basil and genuine Cholov Yisroel Parmigiano Reggiano, DoP Modena, Italy. Spanakopita with Israeli FetaDairy


We start with fresh bunched spinach, lots of it. We soak it, check it, salt it, rinse it and check it again. Then, to concentrate its flavor, we stew it in its own liquid until no liquid remains. Thats the foundation for our spinach and Israeli feta cheese pie with onion, dill, parsley, scallions and mint between crusts of crisp filo dough, served by the generous lasagne-like rectangle.

Every meal is finished with a seasonal salad of fresh fruit in bite-sized pieces. No cans, no sugar, no syrup. Just carefully selected ripe fruit, local when available.
