Thank You
for your interest in Noble Pheasant Farm andour Community Supported Agriculture Project. The purpose ofour CSA Project is to provide you and your family with thefreshest locally-grown seasonal farm products while securing fair-market prices and season-long commitments from our cus-tomers. When you join our CSA Project, you and your family are not just buying weekly produce. You are, infact, purchasing a ‘share’ in our family farm. Your Membership in this CSA is a pledge of mu-tual support for our farming operation, as it isboth farmer and customer who share in therisks and benefits of food production. Your advance pledge of dollars, your ‘share’, willcover the costs of purchasing organic seeds and fertilizers, planting, harvesting, and other operational costs. In exchange for this support, your family receives a share of the farm’s bounty throughout thegrowing season. Not only will you be eating the freshest, chemical-free regional farm products, you can also take great satisfaction inreconnecting to the land and participating in your own food produc-tion. Truly, it is only with the support of the community that smallindependent farmers can prosper and gain financial security in an era of corporate hegemony...
