    1. Original Bangladesh Passport/original Birth Certificate duly attested by the Ministry
    of Foreign Affairs, Dhaka for getting NVR for first time.
    2. Old Australian/New Zealand passport with NVR seal for transfer of NVR.
    3. In case of application concerning children, birth certificate (original and one
    photocopy) and father/mothers Bangladesh passport
    4. In case of application concerning foreign husbands/wives, marriage certificate
    (original and one photocopy) and wife/husbands Bangladesh passport as well as
    statutory declaration.
    5. Postal money order/bank cheque equivalent to relevant fee payable to Bangladesh
    High Commission, Canberra
    6. Self addressed registered return envelope in case of application sent to Bangladesh
    High Commission, Canberra
    7. Any misrepresentation of facts may lead to cancellation of NVR at any time.
