~MOTI.VE: ... that ... the motive behind the glove-hidden hand of the conspiracy, as suggested by the facts unearthed by the investigation, is that a network or/and pipeline of health related public services and prisons were set up under the auspices of the Ogdensburg New York "Port Authority" to import/export, and/or genetically fabricate an undefined number of I-IUMAN BABIES (usually described or disguised, by Women Religious, as foundlings) but which were in fact genetically engi.neered taskspecific humans, oriented by recessive (dormant) genome set-up to awaken at a later stage in the child's lite.
